What we collect

Your email address and license key.

Account IDs, balances and daily results that the extension reads from your trading platform's reports.

Payout events, and the settings you save in the calculator or extension.

What we never collect

Passwords, platform logins or trading credentials. You sign into your platform yourself, and the extension never sees or stores your login.

How we use it

To calculate targets and loss limits, show your progress to payout, run your subscription and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data.

Published totals

We count account milestones (accounts reaching payout eligibility and payouts detected) and may publish totals across all users. We never publish anything that identifies you or your accounts.

Deleting your data

You can delete your calculator accounts from the account page. To delete everything we hold about you, email support@payoutpace.com and we will remove it.

Processors

We use a hosting and database provider to run the service, Stripe for billing, and an email provider to send sign-in links and account emails. They process data only to provide those services to us.
